ST. AUGUSTINE DISTILLERY
Take a free tour and see how they make their spirits from farm to bottle. Learn about their different bourbons and finishing barrels. FIRST FRIDAY ART WALK
The Art Galleries of Saint Augustine founded and sponsors the award-winning First Friday Art Walk event on the first Friday of every month. Galleries open their doors from 5-9 p.m., offering new art exhibits and lively receptions to the public. Start your FREE self-guided tour at any of the Art Galleries of Saint Augustine galleries. Most galleries are within close walking distance to each other; some are just a short ride away. Hop aboard the FREE Art Walk trains and trolleys that run throughout downtown. Feast on great arts & eats and the sounds of live music rain or shine! For you late night people the celebration continues with “after parties” at area clubs and restaurants.
UPTOWN SATURDAY NIGHT
On the last Saturday of the month, come explore and enjoy the unique shops and galleries of “Uptown” St. Augustine during Uptown Saturday. The event combines a festive party atmosphere with hospitality and special deals with many shops remaining open until 9:00pm. Musical entertainment, as well as light refreshments, can also be found at some locations. This unique 5-block area of locally-owned boutiques, antique shops, galleries and restaurants is situated along San Marco Avenue between Ripley’s Museum and the Mission of Nombre de Dios. The event is sponsored by the San Marco Avenue Merchants Association.
TASTING AND TOURS AT SAN SEBASTIAN WINERY
Housed inside a building that was built by Henry Flagler in 1923, San Sebastian is Florida’s largest winery. For wine enthusiasts, this family owned and operated business offers an opportunity for an insider’s view of the winery as well as a chance to taste some of their wines. Tasting and tours take place Monday through Saturday from 10am-6pm and on Sunday’s from 11am to 6pm. The Cellar Upstairs Wine, Jazz and Blues Bar offers you an idyllic spot to enjoy the beautiful fall weather while sipping a glass of San Sebastian wine and listening to live music every Friday and Saturday night.
