The St. Augustine Beach Farmers Market
8 am to 12:30 pm
Every Wednesday year round!

The early morning ocean air? Invigorating! The 60+ vendors/artisans, the quality selection, and the deals? Exhilerating! We locals love our Wednesday mornings! A cup of something-something at Crucial Coffee while sitting outside checking emails, Facebook, and the news; grabbing a yummy Guajiro (black beans, pork, salsa, and cheese atop toasted Cuban bread) at La Herencia Café on Aviles Street; then heading over to the Island to the St. Augustine Pier for some “simply St. Augustine” shopping. Bring your friends, bring your kids, and bring your (leashed) four-legged family members to the Farmer’s Market on Wednesdays, sponsored by the St. Augustine Beach Civic Association.

The produce stands feature everything from the standard salad fixings to exotic dragon fruit, and if organic is your preference, you won’t be disappointed!

If you’re on the market for (affordably priced) uniquely handcrafted jewelry, get ready to fall in love with just about every piece you see. Silver necklaces and pendants; rings of all shapes, designs, and sizes; earrings and those trendy ear cuff things; barefoot sandals.

You’ll find sand dollar clocks, wine bottle spoon rests, local artist paintings that surely will add that Florida grace to your home, complimented by one of-a-kind originality.

No farmer’s market would be complete without the FOOD! At the Wednesday Farmer’s Market, oh boy oh boy! Gourmet olives and pickles .Homemade breads, rolls, turnovers, and breadsticks--all made without oil or sugar but still super tasty. Vegan and gluten-free muffins. Lemonade and smoothie stands. Gourmet coffee stands. A hot dog stand. Candies, trail mixes, wasabi peas, and wasabi peanuts!

Old City Remedies joins the regulars each week with homemade soaps and lotions and other potions, to include their signature Kombucha Tea!

The end result of a trip to St. Augustine Farmer’s Market? You got some sun, had some good food, found everything you wanted, and have plenty of money left over!
