- Rates are based on double occupancy (2 people) and include a full gourmet breakfast as well as late afternoon wine, beer, and hors d'ouevres.

- Rates are subject to change.

- We require a deposit in the equivalent of 1 night's stay prior to booking the room. We can not confirm a reservation if a credit card number is not provided. VISA, MasterCard, and Discover accepted. Some special offers might require an additional deposit, and you will be informed of that at the time of booking.

- A 2- or 3-night minimum may be required on weekends, holidays, and some peak season weeknights. Please call or check under the "RESERVATIONS" link for minimum stay requirements. All published rates and minimum stays are subject to change and can only be confirmed with the required one night deposit and/or full payment.

- For reservations made within a 7-day window (from point of reservation to scheduled date of arrival), the full reservation charge is due at time of booking and is nonrefundable.

- Extended-stay bookings (more than 7 days) require a 50% nonrefundable deposit to book the room.

- All room rates are subject to 10.5% Florida state and local tax.

- There is a $35 charge for each additional person. Because most guests come to Westcott House for a quiet and romantic get-away, it is not the ideal environment for children under the age of 8. We request that you notify us in advance of any children who will be accompanying you on your trip (the full extra person fee will apply to each child).

- Groups of 5 or more will be charged $10 service charge whether booking as a group or booking separately.

- Smoking is permitted on unoccupied porches and courtyard only.

- Pet Policy: No pets.

- Check-in time is 3 pm. Check-in after 9 pm can be arranged with advanced notice. Check-out time is 11 am.

Rate specials and/or gift certificates purchased at a discounted rate are not valid for redemption during black-out dates.

- A standard $50 cancellation fee applies from time of reservation until 8 days prior to scheduled date of arrival.

- Reservations cancelled within 7 days of scheduled date of arrival (14 days for holidays or special event periods and for group bookings) are subject to forfeiture of the deposit, and the balance due on all nights reserved will be charged to the credit card on file.

- Vacancies caused by early departures are treated as a cancellation, and full payment of reserved stay is expected (no refund will be given).

- No-shows will be charged full rate.

- For reservations made within a 7-day window (from point of reservation to scheduled date of arrival), the full reservation charge is due at time of booking and is nonrefundable.

- Massages: Massages that begin at or after 7:30pm will incur an additional charge of $20; cancellations within 24 hours will result in a full charge for the guest ($85 to $105); and cancellations within 3 days of the appointment will result in a $25 cancellation fee.

If you fail to check-in by 9 pm on the day of your reservation and have not contacted us, the booking will be deemed a no-show. The room will be offered for immediate re-booking at that time. In the event of a no-show, the outstanding balance for the whole length of stay as booked will be immediately charged in full to the credit card on file.

An early departure (regardless of the departure time) is considered the same as a no-show and will be treated accordingly. 

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the pages(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our secure sockets layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card, number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Many of our guests are in town for weddings and other events. In order to ensure the peace and balance all of our guests have planned to experience, it is important to note that unless you have rented the entire inn, the common areas are not available to your special event guests.

Room rentals are based on double occupancy unless extra-person fees have been applied. Under no circumstances are non-paying guests permitted in any room. unless prior permission granted by the inn manager. Please understand that approval cannot always be granted, and in some cases a fee may apply.

The parlor, dining room, porches, and courtyard are reserved for overnight guests (i.e., guests who have reserved their own room).
