Cheddar Artichoke Bake
Serves 6

Fresh salsa, 3/4 cupArtichokes, quartered, chopped, 1 can
Jack and cheddar cheese mixed, 2 cups shredded
Parmesan cheeese, 1/4 cup
Ham, chopped, 1-1/2 cups
Eggs, 7
Sour cream, 1 cup

Spray bottom of glass pie dish(or 6 individual ramekins) with nonstick butter spray.

Spread salsa in bottom of pan.

Top with artichoke and cheeses.

Mix eggs and sour cream (in blender); pour over mixture.

Bake at 350 for 50 to 55 minutes or until set and golden.
